Cialis is the marketed name of the drug Tadalafil. The active ingredient in TADALAFIL is actually known as Tadalafil also, hence the name’s origins. Each pill contains Tadalafil in proportion to: 20 mg. Your TADALAFIL pills also contain additional, non-active ingredients.
Cialis (Tadalafil) Dosage and Directions
Take Cialis exactly as your doctor prescribes. For most men, the recommended starting dosage is 10 mg, in as little as 30 minutes before or even up to 12 hours prior to sex. Cialis shouldn’t be taken more than once a day, nor does it need to be.
Missed Dosage Directions
If you miss a dose, just take it upon remembrance and adjust next dose schedule.
Continue to use it as directed by your doctor.

There are few findings on the safety of TADALAFIL within a limited group of the following users:
· Patients with severe renal or hepatic insufficiency or mild or moderate renal failure, and patients with end stage renal failure undergoing haemodialysis:
In both groups TADALAFIL 10 mg has been the highest dose studied.
Special instructions for the elderly:
Older users of the drug normally do not need any special alteration of the dose. The standard dose is designed for safe use in qualified candidates.
